This is one of several hundred adversary proceedings commenced by Miriam Teitel-baum in her capacity as trustee in bankruptcy of Outlet Department Stores (“Outlet”) to recover alleged preferences under § 547 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 547.
