And now, January 7, 2002, at 1 p.m. following a non-jury trial and in support of the attached verdict, the *451court hereby issues the following findings of fact and conclusions of law:

I. Findings of Fact(1) On June 8, 1992, plaintiff Jean Hollock, was involved in a motor vehicle accident when she was struck from behind by a vehicle operated by Dominick DiGennari.
