David and Luann Benny appeal the summary judgment of the circuit court in favor of the respondent, the third party defendant below, Columbia Mutual Insurance Company, *841on the appellants’ third party claim against it for payment of benefits they alleged were due them under their policy of automobile insurance for property damage to their Monte Carlo resulting from an accident that occurred while it was being operated by their son, Jason Benny.
