CLARK, Judge.

This is a suit on a group policy of medical insurance brought when respondent denied payment of appellant’s claim for reimbursement of physician and hospital charges. The trial court directed a verdict for defendant at the close of plaintiff’s evidence. The issue in the ease is whether the plaintiff/appellant was entitled to have the question of policy coverage decided by the jury. Reversed and remanded.
