A. FINDINGS OF FACT
1. On February 13, 1989, the Debtor-Plaintiff STREAMLIGHT, INC. (hereinafter “the Debtor”), filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in this court.
