A rear-end motor vehicular accident is involved, the defendant having driven into the rear of the plaintiffs’ vehicle. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs on the question of liability and submitted the matter of damages to the jury. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff husband for $1200 and in favor of the plaintiff wife for $17,800.
