WANDA McKEE FOWLER, Justice.

We withdraw our opinion of November 17, 2005, and issue this substitute opinion.

A jury convicted appellant of capital murder and the court imposed an automatic life sentence. On appeal, appellant raises six points of error. In his first and second, he challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence. In the third, he challenges the admissibility of his written confession.
