OPINION

SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.

This is a capital-murder case. Appellant Jonathan Canfield was convicted by a jury and sentenced by the trial court to life imprisonment. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.

THE EVIDENCE

Appellant’s former uncle by marriage, Mario Towns, was shot and killed by William Garret (known as “Plug”), one of appellant’s friends.
