Ms. Emily English contracted to sell certain real property to Frederick Muller and Elizabeth Muller for $155,000. The contract stated that time was of the essence and provided for closing of the transaction on or before April 30, 1996. The contract also required Ms. English to cure any title defects within 60 days of notification, and if she failed to do so, the Mullers would have the option of voiding the contract.
