On August 8, 2001, Morris B. Hutson sued Tracy Young, Turner Cove Development, LLC, and Beacon Group Development, LLC for breach of an option contract, fraud, specific performance of the option, and reformation of an assigned option to purchase improved realty under construction as a townhouse development in Chatham County. At the same time as the filing of this suit, Hutson filed a lis pendens against this land.
