Appellant, Senior Airman Barry O’Connor, United States Air Force, was tried by general court-martial at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Pursuant to his pleas, he was convicted of two specifications of forcible sodomy of a female under 16 years of age and four specifications of indecent acts or indecent liberties with the same victim, in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (2000).
