Petitioner seeks review of a final order of the Insurance Division of the Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) upholding premium audit billings by SAIF for the period between April 1, 1992, and March 31, 1993. We review for errors of law, ORS 183.482(8)(a), and affirm.
The following relevant facts were found by an administrative law judge (ALJ) and adopted by DCBS.
