MURRAH, Chief Judge.

In this unfair labor practice proceedings the Board found the employer guilty of conduct violative of § 8(a) (1) of the Act, and of refusal to bargain in violation of § 8(a) (5). The employer was ordered to cease and desist from the 8(a) (1) conduct and from refusing to bargain; affirmatively it was ordered to bargain upon request and to post appropriate notices.
