Christine Holman (Holman) sued her former employer, Altana Pharma US, Inc. (Altana), under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA; Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq.). 1 She alleged causes of action for wrongful suspension in violation of public policy, age and sex discrimination, hostile work environment harassment, failure to take reasonable steps to prevent discrimination and harassment, and retaliation.
