Affirming.

The judgment of the lower court sustained ah attachment sued out by appellees and levied upon the property of the appellants, and to avoid having their property sold, *497appellants have appealed to this court and have superseded that judgment.

Appellant, Scottsville Oil Company, is the owner of an oil and gas lease on 166 acres known as “the E. L. Ayers lease,” also 171% acre lease known as “the H. T.
