Affirming.
On June 15, 1926, Jane Daniel gave an oil leasé to J. R. Thomas, assignor of the appellee, James C. Ellis, on a 30-acre tract of land in Ohio county.
On March 2, 1928, B. L. Gossett gave leases on two strips of land to the appellants, Ambrose and Timber-lake, who assigned fractional shares to the appellants Hartman and Sargent, partners doing business as the Wabash Drilling Company.
