SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decree in favor of S. C. McFarland and the Times-Republican Printing Company,, a corporation, to the effect that the defendant, Welker Given, is estopped from maintaining an action at law against the corporation, which he commenced on March 15, 1898, in the circuit court for the Southern district of Iowa, to recover the sum of $8,375 and interest. 106 Fed. 253.
