— The purpose of the present bill is to vacate and set aside a judgment for something over thirteen thousand dollars rendered in the City Court of Montgomery, on March 13, 1877, against the appellant as defendant, and in favor'of the appellees, Moses Brothers; and, furthermore, to bring the appellees to account as mortgagees, and to redeem the mortgaged property.
