Appellant Kevin Patrick (“Movant”) appeals from the motion court’s denial of his Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence and Judgment brought pursuant to Rule 24.035. 1 On November 13, 2002, Movant entered an Alford plea to charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, a class B felony under section 195.211, and delivery of an imitation controlled substance, a class D felony under section 195.242. 2 Movant was sentenced to concurrent terms of nine years in prison for manufacturing a controlled substance and five years in prison for delivering an…
