HIGGINS, Senior Judge.

Johnny Lee Wilson pleaded guilty April 30, 1987, to first degree murder, and the trial court, the Honorable L. Thomas Elli-ston, Judge, sentenced Wilson to life imprisonment without eligibility for probation or parole pursuant to Wilson’s plea agreement. Judgment was entered accordingly. Wilson filed a motion to vacate the judgment pursuant to Rule 24.035. After an evidentiary hearing, the motion court, the Honorable C.
