L.C. Stacker (“Stacker”) appeals the motion court’s denial of his Rule 24.0351 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing alleging the motion court clearly erred in denying Stacker’s claim of ineffective assistance of plea counsel. We affirm the judgment of the motion court.
