COOK, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial before a military judge alone for six specifications of selling marijuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934.1 In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty as charged, and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 10 months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted pay grade. The convening authority disapproved the findings as to one specification, but otherwise approved the findings and sentence. His action was affirmed by the United States…
