This was an action commenced by the defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the plaintiff in error, defendant below, upon a contract of employment. The. plaintiff alleged that, by the terms of the contract, he was employed by the defendant as a traveling salesman for the period of one year at a specified salary and expenses, and that without cause he was discharged before the expiration of that time.
