The plaintiffs, as stockhold*49ers of the Chester and Lenoir Narrow Gauge Railroad Company, bring this action for the purpose of enjoining the Richmond and Danville Railroad Company, and the Charlotte, Columbia and Augusta Railroad Company, from doing certain acts alleged to be injurious to and destructive of the corporate property of the company of which they are stockholders.
