Abbott v. Industrial Commission

The claimant, appellant here, filed •with the Industrial Commission of Ohio a claim for •compensation under the provisions of Section 1465-82, •General Code, on the ground that she was the widow •and dependent of the decedent, Bernard Abbott, who, •concededly, was an employee of an employer amenable to the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, and was killed in the usual course of his employment.
