WILKINS, Justice.

11 Petitioner Lester W. Rogers seeks review of a decision of the court of appeals. On summary judgment the district court ordered Rogers to bring several parcels of real property into compliance with the Grand County land use code. The court of appeals affirmed the grant of summary judgment. We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals.
