This appeal involves ten cases (“Fleming” cases) 1 arising from the collapse of the Enron Corporation (“Enron”). Plaintiffs-Appellants (“Fleming” plaintiffs) are former Enron investors. Defendants-Ap-pellees (“Anderson” defendants) include former Enron management, Enron’s former accounting firm, various partners of that accounting firm named in their individual capacities, and certain financial institutions. 2 Enron itself, however, is not among the defendants-appellees.
