This matter comes before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Middlebury College (“Middle-bury”) and William Beaney (“Coach Beaney”) with regard to all counts in Plaintiff James “Jak” Knelman’s complaint.1 (Doc. 27.) Plaintiff opposes summary judgment, arguing that genuine issues of material fact render summary judgment inappropriate.
