Presently before the court is the defendants’ motion for partial judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c). (Dkt. No. 21). Plaintiff opposes the motion, and defendants have filed a reply. (Dkt. Nos. 29-30, 33, 36). Plaintiff has also filed a letter, requesting that the court consider additional “previously unavailable” evidence in opposition to defendants’ motion, and defendants have opposed. (Dkt.
