Pro se plaintiff Ileen Cain brings this action against Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, Inc. (“Atelier”), alleging defamation and discrimination under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794 (the “Rehabilitation Act”), and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-107 (the “NYCHRL”). The defendant has moved to amend its answer to assert additional affirmative defenses and for summary judgment on each of the plaintiffs claims.
