Plaintiff sued to recover for damages resulting from a collision between his automobile and a trolley car of defendant company; the verdict and judgment were for plaintiff, and defendant appeals.
Five of the assignments of error allege mistakes made by the trial judge in answering points for charge, but, since defendant did not request that the charge and the points and answers be transcribed and filed of rec*482ord, we cannot consider these matters (Allegro v.
