Plaintiff-appellant Consolidated Bearings Company (“Consolidated”) appeals the United States Court of International Trade’s decision affirming the final results of a redetermination by the Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) pursuant to a remand order from the Court of International Trade. See Consol. Bearings Co. v. United States, 346 F.Supp.2d 1343 (Ct. Int’l Trade 2004).
