DIMOND, Justice.
This is a dispute over the right tó possession of some business property in'downtown Anchorage. Appellants claimed that appellee liad agreed to lease the property to them, and then had defaulted and leased it to- a third party. Without appellee’s knowledge or consent, appellants took possession'of the premises which they'were seeking to lease .by entering the building where those premises are located during the early morning hours of April 18, 1964.
