OPINION

EUBANK, Judge.

This appeal raises several questions regarding the Uniform Commercial Code, the admission and rejection of certain evidence, and the sufficiency of the evidence to support the judgment.

The appellant, Shore Line Properties, Inc., is a foreign corporation licensed to do business in Arizona. As general contractor, it undertook the development of the Shore Line Highlands Subdivision in Lake Havasu City, Arizona — a project involving the construction of 127 prefabricated panel houses.
