STEVENS, Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment in favor of plaintiff United States Rubber Co., a. corporation, based upon a verified open account. The issues relate to the proof of the-account and to the receipt of parol evidence-in relation to an assignment from the debtor to the creditor. The complete record was not forwarded to us, the appeal' having been processed as authorized by- Rule 75(d), Rules of Civil Procedure, 16 A.R.S., which reads as follows:
