This case is on appeal from a judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas. Defendant-appellant, Gregory A. Pecina, pled guilty to ag gravated burglary and burglary before the Honorable James E. Thierry, the then sole common pleas judge of Ottawa County. Appellant was subsequently sentenced by the Honorable Paul Moon, the newly elected sole common pleas judge of Ottawa County.

Appellant has set forth a single assignment of error:

“The trial court erred in imposing sentence upon the defendant inasmuch as the court did not comply with Criminal Rule 25(B).”
