Defendants Autozoners, LLC. (“Auto-Zone”) and Rick Torres (“Mr. Torres”) (collectively “defendants”) move for summary judgment against plaintiff Richard Gathenji (“Mr. Gathenji”). Mr. Gathenji, an Autozone employee, asserts ten claims against defendants for race and national origin discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
