ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

For the following reasons, thé Court hereby GRANTS Defendant Straub’s Motion for Summary Judgment on all claims in the First Amended Complaint.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
This case arises from Plaintiff Julie Aoy-agi’s employment with Defendant Straub Clinic and Hospital (“Straub”). Plaintiff is “of Hispanic (Costa Rican) ancestry and over the age of fifty.” (FAC ¶ 6.) Plaintiff was bom in Costa Rica, but moved to the United States in 1971. (Def.’s CSF, Zorc Decl., Ex. MM (“Pl.
