Polinex Plastic Products Canada, Ltd. (“Polinex”) and Packman Packaging Supplies, Inc. (“Packman”) are affiliated Canadian corporations which are the subject of separate bankruptcy cases pending in Canada under the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Herbert H. Davis (“Davis” or “Petitioner”) is the court appointed trustee in each case.
