Appellant, Mark Harness, appeals from the circuit court’s decision granting appellees, Buddy Curtis and Rose Curtis, possession of real property and awarding them damages in the amount of$5,000 after concluding that appellant, as the purchaser, materially breached the parties’ contract. He also appeals from the circuit court’s denial of his claim for the damages that resulted from his wrongful dispossession.
