f The Faulkner County Circuit Court ruled that appellant Conway Commercial Warehousing (CCW) breached a build-to-suit lease, and the court awarded CCW’s tenant, appellee FedEx Freight East (FedEx), $189,861.60 in damages and $15,274.38 in attorney fees. CCW appeals and argues that the court erred in finding it liable for breach and in calculating the amount of damages. FedEx cross-appeals, claiming that the court should have awarded prejudgment interest and a greater amount of attorney fees. We affirm on direct appeal and affirm in part and reverse and remand in…
