Plaintiffs William S. Harris, Reginald E. Howard, and Peter M. Thornton, Sr. are former employees of Waste Management Holdings, Inc. (“Old Waste” or “the Company”) and participants in the Waste Management Profit Sharing and Savings Plan (“Old Waste Plan” or “Plan”).
