¶ 1. This is a review of a published court of appeals opinion1 that affirmed the conviction of Janet Conner for aggravated stalking. Conner appeals the conviction on the following grounds: first, that the way the State charged, and *355was permitted to prove, the elements of the stalking crime violated her constitutional due process guarantee to notice, and second, that the stalking statute provision under which her conviction was elevated from a Class I felony to a Class H felony was incorrectly applied.
