¶ 1. This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals1 that affirmed a judgment of the circuit court for Kenosha County.2 Novy raises two issues. First, Novy claims that the trial court erred when it allowed the State to use certain fingerprint evidence and related testimony in rebuttal, which the court had previously excluded from the State's case-in-chief due to a Wis.
