The plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s discharge of a notice of lis pendens that he filed in the Bridgeport land records on real property owned by the defendant Elmwood-1250 Associates Limited Part*33nership. The plaintiff claims that the trial court erred when it found that his claim did not affect real property within the meaning of General Statutes § 52-325.1 We find no error.
