MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The issue presented by the defendants' motion for summary judgment is whether a listing agreement signed by the two partners of a partnership, but not by the partnership that owns the property, complies with General Statutes (Rev. to 1991) § 20-325a(b)(5). This court holds that it does not. Further, the listing agreement was not signed by an agent authorized pursuant to General Statutes § 47-5 to sign on the owner's behalf.
