The present action is a suit brought by the receiver of the American Home Security Bank, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, to enforce a 100 per cent, assessment against $510 aggregate par value of stock standing in the name of the Michigan Trust Company, trustee under the will of Earle L. Crossman, deceased. The facts are as follows: On October 12,1930, Gertrude I.
