The bill of complaint in this cause was filed to obtain judicial construction of the will of Wellington R. Burt, deceased, of a settlement agreement of the heirs and of a decree of the circuit court for Saginaw county in chancery approving the agreement. Also involved is the effect of an order of the probate court assigning residue. Plaintiffs appeal from the decree of the circuit court dismissing their bill of complaint.
