This is a bill for an accounting, principally by Lionel Heap and George W. Potter as administrators of the estate of Robert R. Heap, deceased.
In 1920, William Heap, associated with his sons, Lionel and Cecil, in the partnership of William Heap & Sons, conveyed his interest in the firm to his five children, on condition that they pay him $9,000 per year for life. A limited partnership of the same name was formed, with Lionel and Cecil as general partners and Robert and two sisters as special partners. The firm manufactured plumbers’ woodwork.
