The plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, was in the employ of the defendant as a rear brakeman on one of its freight trains at the time he received a personal injury. The line of railway of the defendant and that of the Missouri, K. & T. intersects, at right angles, in the city of Muskogee. The defendant’s line crosses the Missouri, K. & T. track in an easterly and westerly direction.
